Nutrition for adolescent runners

Healthy-FoodsTraining hard on a well designed program is only part of the equation to becoming a better athlete or a fitter human being. Eating the right foods at the right time in the right proportions is an important part of the equation.

The Sports Dietitians Australia group has produced an infographic outlining some of the basics for getting nutrition right.

Although this is focused on adolescents there’s good advice for adults as well.
