The Quantified Self – Quantifying your Life

I recently wrote a feature on the Quantified Self movement for PC and Tech Authority. With such huge focus on fitness trackers, apps for managing our diets and smartphones that can measure all sorts of data, I take a look at the value of quantifying your every move.

I have to admit that I’m a bit of a data junkie but can the data we collect be really useful?

We’ve all had good and bad days. While it’s easy to work out why some days don’t go the way we hope – perhaps because of factors outside our control like illness or difficult work colleagues – the difference between good and bad days can sometimes seem quite arbitrary. What if you could eliminate the arbitrary differences and increase your chances of having the maximum number of good days?

If you want to know more, read Quantifying your Life at PC and Tech Authority.
