Napping to rebuild your body after a workout

Well all know rest is important but this post from Lifehacker (via Patio Productions – a strange place for such a post) highlight the importance of a short naps if you’re engage in serious exercise. I was recently reading about Kenyan long distance runners. Apparently, the take rest time very seriously. I see rest as a day I don’t run or train. But they see it as time to really let the body repair so they schedule in lots of sleep between training sessions.
